COMMERCIAL MANAGER – TIER 1 ENGINEERING CONTRACTOR

Two opportunities:
1. $300m PPP Rail Project; and
2. Southern Region Branch Commercial Manager.

Each of these opportunities will be based in Melbourne. Head office on Collins st in the the CBD; project role will be based in Melbourne’s eastern suburbs.

This Contractor has a very significant corporate infrastructure, and has been making strategic moves in the past years, ahead of the current infrastructure boom, to be a solid contender. They are poised for growth, and are expected to achieve a hit bid/win hit-rate.

As part of the strategy, this business has been bringing fresh blood in at the management and executive level. The result being a renewed focus on culture and innovation to distinguish themselves from the rest of the market.

To be successful for this position you will be:

• Tertiary Qualified (Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Accounting or the likes)
• Experienced in a Tier 1 Engineering Contracting environment
• Experienced with PFI’s and fostering PPP relationships
• Experienced in the Victorian Transport Infrastructure sector.
